About

About Me

Philosophy

I am a learning and development professional based in Florida with a strong belief that learning is an ongoing journey, not a one-time event. My passion lies in supporting others on that journey by leveraging my diverse background, deep experience, and wide-ranging skill set.

​

Throughout my career, I have led initiatives such as developing and managing an online writing lab, serving as a research librarian, designing and redesigning courses and curricula, and planning and facilitating training programs. I bring a multidisciplinary approach to every project, combining creativity with strategic thinking to solve problems and drive results.

 

My goal in every role is to help others become more competent, purposeful, and ethical in their work and learning. I work effectively both independently and in collaborative team settings, always focused on delivering high-quality outcomes that support continuous learning and growth.
